I had seen that Flash Mob, well choreographed Mob given they had the instruments placed and microphones readied, before and yet I would have loved to attend. I think it was quite some years back. I was impressed by Olivia Li. My music is more New Age like. I love Frank Fischer
I was in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, when I first heard of Big Head Todd and company (via a radio ad), and I mistakenly thought they were a local band....
Great playlist! Iāve lost count of how many concerts Iāve seen at Red Rocks. I was born in Denver so I feel lucky to have seen so many of my favorites there. I also saw BHT in my neighborhood dive bar many times before they were big time. So many good memories. Do you watch the website concert schedule for āthe oneā that would get you on a plane to Red Rocks?
Sorry for my late reply here. I'm so glad you liked these selection...and I did not watch the concert to get to Red Rocks. It's on my bucket list... I have to go! āļøšš
OOOPS! I misread your note! Yes, I should follow the Red Rocks web site. DUH! That would be a great excursion too, since I'm in Missouri right now! Thank you so much.
I hope you are able to get to see a concert in the best outdoor venue Iāve ever seen. The Hollywood Bowl is pretty cool too. I used to save all my ticket stubs and was sad when your ticket is just something you print out. Have a great evening.
WOW! Those were great tunes! Especially loved the flash mob! The Big Head Todd/Monsters and Olivia Li was also so good! Rockin 1000-never heard of it but sounds interesting! Thanks for the tunes!!!!!
Bohemian Rhapsody flash mob was brilliant! The thousand musicians were fantastic, I didnāt know so many drum kits even existed. My favorite, however, was Olivia Li. She has such small hands, but makes so much music.
I have an interesting suggestion for you. It is Karl Jenkins āDies Iraeā from āThe Armed Man -A Mass For Peaceā let me know what you think about it.
Amazing! The flash mob rendition of "Bohemian Rhapsody" was wonderful. The reactions of the people in the plaza were priceless! Big Head Todd are an excellent band. WCBE plays their music on the regular. 1000 rock musicians at once! I'd love to hear that live in person. And a 7 year old virtuoso as the Coup de Gras! It was cute watching Mom setting up the Steinway for her. You made my Monday a little more beautiful.šš

Big Head Todd and the Monsters? Some tasty guitar work there. How come these guys arenāt famous?
I was never a Queen fan, never cared for Bohemian Rhapsody. Still, I loved that flash mob. I get goose bumps when I see such togetherness and joy.
Thanks Susan.
That flash mob was INCREDIBLE Susan! I think I would die of joy if I got to see that in person.
Oh Same Here! I wondered what I would think if I was sitting have a coffee and all of the suddenā¦. just marvelous!!
