That's exactly what she would think. They can't grant immunity, but they will send it back to the lower court, delaying the J6 trial indefinitely. That gives him the delay that he's after. It's frankly unbelievable that this line of reasoning is even being considered.😡😡

I so wish I could agree but she and Antonin Scalia were the fondest of friends. The amount of damage Scalia committed remains enormous.
