I see a bunch of new subscribers! 👋👋 Thanks for joining the gang at Susan Speaks!
I guess this column is going to be too long for your email because I didn’t want to make the photos smaller. So open it up in the Substack app, OK?
It was a 16 hour travel day and a four hour time difference. Sheesh… I need to buck up if I thought this was tough. What’ll it be like flying to Europe someday? I admit it… I’m exhausted.
Except the scarcity of affordable fresh vegetables in Alaska, I loved everything about it. (A girl needs her green beans! 😂) And to see my brilliant pal be so happy and settled in her role as a Board Certified Surgeon working with native Alaskans was the icing on the cake. I’m so proud of her!
Before I zone out for a nap, here are the last of the photos from this exhilarating, stunning trip. If you have a chance to visit, do it.
Time to unpack, regroup, and do the next thing.
May your new year be filled with unexpected visits to new places… no matter where they are. Thanks for tagging along with me on mine.
Naptime. 🥱
Why am I hearing the theme song from Northern Exposure 😄 Amazing photos.
