Youāre asking yourself, what the hell is Susan sharing here? š This stumbled into my YouTube feed and I was mesmerized. SteveānāSeagulls is a band from Finland who identify as a country rock band playing bluegrass versions of rock and metal songs. I repeatā¦ from Finland. š¤¦āāļø
The musicians are actually classically trained and have an obvious sense of humor. (Their name is a tongue-in-cheek reference to the actor Steven Seagall. No one in the band is named Steven.) This has received 196 MILLION VIEWS! The guy playing the spoons got me! Might not be playlist worthy, but itās just fun.

I love this guy! Born in Louisiana, Marc Broussard is the son of Ted Broussard, an acclaimed Louisiana Hall of Fame guitarist, who played with The Boogie Kings.
Marc is just 44 years old and has released twelve studio albums. Joe Bonamassa produced Marcās album āChance Worth Takingā. (Listen to the two of them plus Josh Smith here, as Marc performs āFeverā. SO GOOD!) Marc also recorded a duet titled āNothing Wrongā with LeAnn Rimes.
A young Marc performs his breakthrough song, Homeā¦ itās been seen over five million times! The driving beat is worthy of your running playlist.

Take some jazz, a little hip hop, mix it all up, and we have this fabulous take of āCantaloupe Islandā by Us3, a British group identifying as jazz rap. They came out with this version in 1992 which they call āCantaloop (Flip Fantasia)āā. British trumpeter Gerard Presencer does a fine job, too!
The original was composed by Herbie, which you can listen to here. Herbie is 86 years old, living in Chicago, and is a literal icon.
